Tampa and Tarpon Springs Wedding Photographer / Wentworth Golf Club Wedding

Sometimes, you just “know when you know,” and that’s how it went for these two lovebirds. Meeting at a wedding, and then dancing the night away – they felt an instant connection. About a year later, they decided to tie the knot in front of family and friends at the beautiful Wentworth Golf Club in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Filled with personalized touches, crafted with elegant taste, and bursting with joyful energy – this was both a beautiful and fun wedding to photograph.

The bride rocked her lace wedding dress designed with a modern tulle one shoulder neckline by Alfred Angelo Disney Fairytale Weddings (and it just so happens that the groom is a big Disney fan – particularly, of Toy Story). A Converse shoe fanatic – she had personalized converse shoes designed with her new last name, and in her wedding colors. A pretty pink, inspired by the red brick of the Wentworth Golf Club, not only adorned her shoes and those of her bridesmaids – but, her florals also consisted of various shades of pink – carrying that color throughout the wedding day. Dark teal colored bridesmaid dresses added a sophisticated and contrasting flare to the bride’s vibrant summer florals.

Each row of the ceremony space was adorned with mason jars – the pink flowers contrasting beautifully with the green golf grass and the pale blue sky. Paper fans rested in each seat of the ceremony space, while 2 chairs were reserved for the couple’s late grandfathers. A wonderful sermon by the bride’s father set the tone for a carefree evening of celebration. After tears of joy, hugs, smiles and laughter – the ceremony concluded with a passionate kiss and the party began!
